The Ivy House, Cannock, Staffs
This was an interesting project which involved keeping the existing building, which was originally a hospital, and adding to the rear of the property. 6 new build luxury apartments and 8 apartments were converted from the original building. A lot of the original features of the existing building were retained in the conversion work we did to the front of the property.
Sycamore club, Cannock, Staffs
This is an ongoing project of 9 three and two-bedroom houses. Based in the village of Norton Canes in Staffordshire, these houses will be completed in the near future.
Matlock, Derbyshire
This project was for a high-end property to be built in the beautiful town of Matlock. The property had a natural stone façade, and looks absolutely stunning.
